small hotfix
- tiberium deposits had the wrong modifier added to them, now they properly reduce food production on the planet
- reactivated vazuran options to enable / disable the crisis in a running game. If the destroyed vazuran homesystem is already present (seen at the top of the galaxy map) in your game I heavily advise against activating the crisis with the option, you may royally fuck up your game that way.

Bugfix update
- fix for errorlog spam connected to broken clock -> feedback and complaints to beetle
- added additional check for broken clock empire declaring scripted war. if you somehow manage to get a NAP or ally them, you won't be the target
- fixed ruined ancient fleet hq lacking time and cost for restoration
- fixed bad habitat visual

v.2.16.0 for 3.1.* Lem

- updated to account for script changes in Lem
- added new ambient objects for destroyed orila/vazuran ships and stations
- overhauled orila homesystem and replaced the ruined science nexus with a unique megastructure
- if the vazuran menace is inactive (either by dice roll or by origin) there is a 20% chance that a post vazuran galaxy is created. The vazuran homesystem is present from the start and ruined. The riftnexus still exists as well as a handfull of randomly placed endpoints throughout the galaxy, some active, others will have to be repaired first. The Star Throne is also present, though will have to be repaired. Added new technologies, required to use the rifts.

- added missing custom primitive building destroy triggers
- fixed one possible cause for a broken clock crash
- space race adds some intel between all paticipants
- prevented custom origins from being randomly assigned to randomized empires (hopefully for real this time)
- increased broken clock ringworld districts to max 10 as should be, now only one foundry is spawned per planet
- removed ancient habitable_structure overwrite

- updated vazuran habitat to have the same growth bonusses as an ecumenopolis (which it basically is)
- multiple localisation fixes and improvements
- rewritten space race script to restore its former functionality
- reduced likelyhood of specific empires to vote for the space race resolution
- nerfed the active effect of Cubortob Unil Omoth
- changed appearance requirement of the broken clock encounter from endgame to midgame and made sure they will be more proactive than before
- fixed Indomitable Battlegroup first contact issues
- fixed federation naming when forming an alliance with the Orphan Gate empire
