Final 3.14 Update

- Ceaseless Gaze Origin Rework
- guarantees existence of Surveyor Probe in the playthrough
- meant for tall play style
- adds special vassal type
- for detailed info check out the origin ingame

- Surveyor Probe
- added additional outcome for midgame flip, beside Surveyor and Berserker it can now switch to Sentinel mode and becomes a galactic protector
- reworked Surveyor Probe diplomatic interactions and made it a pseudo enclave
- offers survey buff, finds undiscovered deposits (like the survey relic), offers interesting locations, offers precursor insights (for the old ones with event chain counters)

- added new machine portrait for Broken Clock determined exterminators
- added new lithoid portrait for Broken Clock lithoid purifiers
- added Planetophage encounter
- reworked Space Race to return every decade
- added "Floating Pebbles" digsite
- added new axe empire logo in MEM category and made surveyor logo available, both are not used for randomized empires

- excluded relevant systems special systems from being chosen as crisis spawn locations
- STL colony ship event will not fire on holy worlds anymore
- Magnus system: Orila AI diplomatic interaction now has default options to close it with the help of your keyboard
- Stasis system: defines a default option for mem_aevum.16
- Spiritualists Pilgrimage will be prevented to fire for empires you are at war with
- mem_food_constructor_dust_gatherer_gestalt is now properly categorized as simple_drone
- improved Luminous Flame system spawning
- Albino Crystal: upon decision to not disturb it further, mining station is dismantled and deposit exchanged for 4 society research
- Spacemonster Attack (Amoeba/Crystal): prevented it from firing on empire capital
- Demon Ship: fixed Scientist name not appearing in one of the possible endings
- Ascendant Neochadamus: "Reactor Overload" will not fire when at war and never target the starbase in the capital system (this is and always was a one-time event)
- Legacy of the Carcharorions: Rewardship at the end of the quest has been buffed and replaced with a special model
- Aevum: skip particle canon now scales with archaeotech modifier and has proper ai weights; endless party situation now has a better description for its finisher effect
- Under Blanket: If not enough leaders are available, fallback leaders will be created in the background to fill the position of expedition leader

- various localisation fixes

Updated to 3.14 Grand Archive

- added a safeguard to prevent the loss of "The Way" civic ins edge cases where the government gets overwritten
- added five specimens so far (three connected to vazuran events and anomalies and one for Abandoned Mecha and the graveyard anomalies each)
- the sick leader event involving a fallen empire will not happen for the Luminary (Under One Rule) anymore
- the space monster attack event will now only happen on standard planets

- Added cybernetic version of Orila portrait
- New Option to force fire Orphan Gate opening
- E.D.E.N. Protocol - added planetary decision to vacate colony on planets and turn organics into primitives
- Added Planetary Precursor Shieldgenerators, spread thoughout the galaxy that cannot be replicated, but dis- and reassembled where needed

- Compatibility with Planetary Diversity - added pd_remove_dummy_traits = yes for relevant species spawns
- Beached - Tyanki calf name fixes
- Orphan Gate Cluster spawn position fix
- Dread Pirate condition fix
- Space Monster Attack (Amoeba) situation loc fix
- Descended - Neochadamus should now only blow up a normal starbase and not accidently a planetary ring

- added astral rift event with emperor recruitment/relic outcoms - currently there are no special further events after recruitment
- sleepers now uses event targets in localisation to link to the plant name
- changed ancient signal anomaly outcome reward from orbital deposit to one time science cache
