Changed movement speed bonus to 66% (up from 50%) due to missing out on first turn movement bonus when you activate it.

Trimmed out extra fluff from tables in mod now that I figured out more of the mod system. The only lines in the mod are my edits for March stance.

March stance costs 100% movement points. Ai will no longer be able to March stance - Move - Turn off stance - Attack/Sack - March stance to safety anymore.
