  • -- Zed spawn rate in the hotel has been increased by roughly 80%. Parking lot spawns are unchanged.

  • -- Minor lighting and lightmap optimizations, resulting in a map file size reduction of 11 MB (old version was 65 MB. New version is 54 MB.)

  • -- Corrected some SDK errors by deleting referenced vegitation meshes that are no longer available within the official map packages. Players shouldn't notice any difference.

Changelog:

- Based on community feedback, several new Zed spawns have been added to the map in order to speed up the action during wave start. Zeds will now emerge from high-up apartment windows on both sides of the hotel through the game, as well as from the indoor hotel hallway, so beware!

All of these new Zed spawns have a lower respawn rating, which means the AI should still favor spawning from the ground level volumes.
