Fixed a major bug which always caused the tiles to go to player 0 (which is the human player). Special thanks to TORARADICAL for pointing it out and allowing me to fix it.

Bug Cause: Mix-ups with Player ID's and Player Pointers. I even wonder why the code functioned in the first place with these bugs...

The "Steal Neutral Land"-feature is now active! (This can be disabled in the StealNeutralLand.lua file)
Added some screenshot to more clearly show the changes
