Changes:
- Complete overhaul of the features.
- Specific categories for each feature; 2D for Themes etc.
- Each Category now has at least 3 features exclusive to them.
- AI companies won't flood the market as quickly.
- Bandwidth per Active Users somewhat added, needs tweaking.
- Removed Secret Cow level.

Notes:
- For the sake of getting the balancing done quicker, since I have to re-open and re-develop the specific software to see the changes, I have dropped "Freeware Archive" for now. Will be adding it back in as "Download Center" later.
- I've realised I pushed this without removing the scenario I was using to test it. Congrats, if you've subscribed you have a new scenario.

Changes:
- Popularity and Retention got some much needed balancing tweaks.
- Added another category specific feature for each category.
- Websites take longer to develop.
- Removed Secret Cow level.

Notes:
- Major update coming tomorrow, had a moment of clarity and realised I've done a few things the wrong way.

- Uploaded mod.
- Uploaded pictures and attached YouTube video.
- Changed visibility to Public.
