-Fixed rear sights from all weapons boucing around afther the last updated
-Added the lines:
"ViewOffsetSpringConstantSights" "45"
"ViewOffsetDampConstantSights" "0.3"
"ViewOffsetViscousConstantSights" "9"
in base_weapon to fix the rear sights problem.

-sting granade now stun for more time
-trow 3 fashbags at enemy will stun
-play list ajusted
-ammo pouch now allow the selection of total 5 granades
-grenades price ajusted
-flashbang and sting granades now carry only 1 each instead of 2
