* Updated "Endless Rebalance" Generation option:
- Changed name to "Skill costs".
- Removed item cost scaling completely.
- Vanilla level 2 skill prices are used as base for costs.
- Expanded option selection from 4 to 11.
- Added ADDITIVE scaling, previous method (doubling previous level costs) is now called MULTIPLICATIVE
- Base costs multiplier changed from 200% - 400% range to 100% - 200% range.
