Munitions and Fuel recovered from wrecked vehicles (by Soviets or British) roughly doubled
Commissar given five Conscript bodyguards (previously only had two)
Sector Artillery ability munitions cost reduced
Munitions income penalty removed from OKW Emergency Repairs abilities
Royal Engineer Recovery Squad given Put Away Minesweeper / Activate Minesweeper abilities
Royal Engineer Recovery Squad can now lay mines and barbed wire

All allied AT guns now use the same Prioritize Vehicles ability
Partisan build menu changed to the right type (infantry, as opposed to engineer)
KV-2 Heavy Assault Tank dispatch ability population number corrected
M8 HMC range increased and range-based penetration fall-off removed
Panzer II Ausf. L main gun accuracy somewhat decreased
Infantry Section HEAT Grenade damage increased

Quick fix for a bug with the KV-2 Firing Positions! ability

Heavy tank dispatch/build costs somewhat reduced (except Sturmtiger, all Churchill variants, and Comet because these tanks already had their costs adjusted fairly recently)
KV-2, IS-2, ISU-152, Tiger I, Tiger Ace, M26 Pershing, Konigstiger and Jagdtiger population usage somewhat decreased (was a bit high compared to KV-1, KV-8, Panther, Churchill, etc.)
KV-2 main gun rate of fire with Firing Positions! ability significantly decreased
Katyusha Overwatch now uses the multiplayer weapon profile (was using the unmodified singleplayer weapon profile; this should improve it a bit)
SdKfz 222 scout car fuel cost somewhat reduced
Brummbar population usage increased and Bunker Busting Barrage shots reduced and scatter increased
Artillery Field Officer Rapid Barrage ability changed to Nebelwerfer Barrage (cheaper cost) and is now his vet 1 ability (instead of Coordinated Barrage)
Pathfinder reinforcement cost reduced
M8 Greyhound fuel cost significantly reduced
240mm Howitzer Barrage ability cost significantly reduced
Sturmpioneer reinforcement cost reduced
HMG34 weapon team initial build cost increased and MG accuracy increased to match HMG42
HMG34 weapon team veterency requirements increased (they were too low compared to other HMGs)
Kübelwagen armor somewhat increased and machine gun rate of fire increased and scatter reduced
Wurfrahmen 40 creeping barrage shot delay somewhat increased
Sturmtiger 380mm rocket scatter increased
17-pounder emplacement main gun range increased (still a bit less than Pak 43)
17-pounder emplacement main gun projectile swapped for the standard one
Churchill AVRE 290mm spigot mortar scatter increased
