Applied additional veterency fixes from the recent hotfixes
Team weapon crew members will no longer be affected by veterency bonuses intended only for the team weapon itself
Reduced 25-pounder lateral scatter amount
Advanced Assembly now costs munitions instead of manpower
Land Mattress barrage has a somewhat shorter recharge time
Soviet and Ostheer base buildings will auto-rotate if needed to better fit the terrain when being placed

So it turns out that the Attribute Editor's error correction, in a fit of irony following the previous hotfix for the game, COMPLETELY FUCKED UP MY MOD. The mod has now been thoroughly unfucked. (Sorry for the language, but this was a seriously frustrating situation.)

More changes to Ostheer commander ability rosters
Increased auto-fire range of mortar teams at vet 3 by 25% (barrage ability range is already increased by 33%, so it seemed fair to increase auto-fire range as well)
6-pounder veterency requirements reduced
Oorah! is now a vet 1 ability for Penal Battalion
Detection / Tactical Advance is now a vet 1 ability for Stormtroopers
Fixed bug which prevented Stormtrooper Panzerschrek upgrade from appearing
