Finished the last of the shops
Every item from ID 0-65535
spread through 262 different shops
74 Pages of Dialogue
And 1 NPC with massive pockets.

Updated the Massive shop NPC
Now in stead of each page have the option "no" it's now "Back" and it will send you back 1 page of Dialogue
Items 0-39999 are now done.
and all the Dialogue and Vendors are set up just need to add the list of items they sell.

Added a new NPC Mr. Pockets
Sells every item from ID 0-2000 excluding cosmetics (they just break the shop).
Currently he has 7 shops selling around 250 items in each shop.
For now he is ready to sell every Vanilla Item that is added
later I'll make him sell items up to 4000 which will include most of the Curated map item I know of.

All the the dirt path at the starting area now have lights
and now the gas station has lights.

added 5 spotlights around to light some things
need to reset the world for them to show up

Changed most of the NPC IDs so they should no longer conflict with NPC on Hawaii and Greece.

Added some of the Hawaii items
3 Mushrooms
3 Weapons
2 Makeshift Vehicles

Gave mechanic a new shop just for makeshift vehicles

Changed Dogfood's shops to be sorted by which weapon slot it goes in.

Well had fun figuring out some problems.

NPC are now bundled with the map its self so the "Testing Map NPC Pack" Is no longer required

Added Items

Added 1 bicycle spawn and 2 dirtbike spawns.
Added a Train Track and a train to spawn on the track(Choo-Choo)

Got to use a Config.json file to add the train(funny you can add a train to any road you know the id for not just tracks)
The track dose loop but the train will still stops when it hits where the end of the track is.
At least it goes backwards really fast =P
