- Changed the way controllers a spawn to not use a ridiculous workaround that involves deleting the hero you pick, hopefully this will resolve crashes. The crashing bug is not reproducable in tools mode and I can't get a console log of the crash so it is hard to know whether this will fix it or not
- Nerfed axe's Battle Rage

- Incomes will most likely be screwed up a bit for the first 30 seconds, but hopefully it won't crash
