Nerfed faction 12s laser
Lowered all faction weapon beam/cannon power requirements
Redesigned faction 8s small platform to have a lot more armour.

All weapons are now produced by LH INC war industries and carry their namesake

Increased the turret speed of all turreted weapons

Fixed: Faction 11 platforms not firing by adding power generator the the blueprints
Changed: Muzzle velocity and range of faction 11 Station Plasma Condenser

-Added AUTOFIRE flag to all weapons
-Removed place-holder ship blueprints and added 'moderately nasty' 500&1000 point platforms for each faction
