Updated to solve possible conflicts with VMC-DLL mod versions from before 2014 fall game patch (whoward's VMC mod versions 65 and earlier)

Fixed my stupid where I had made a copy-paste-edit error on the Land Unit Production Modifier after the wonder is constructed. No one was getting that becuase, well, I was wearing a dunce-cap when I built the mod.
