hw1 research ru cost doubled.

Hgn destroyer had its weapon range increased by 500m aka 11% to help it mitigate issues that arraise with the design of the ship and how it attacks other units, more over to help it deal with a popluar tactic of juggeling your ships in and out of fights. This unit is incapiable of mimicing the tactic or avoid it once commited. so i have increased its range to make sure that atleast both parties are commited to the fight.

hw1 harvesting Ru speed changed from 11.3 to 10.

hgn cruiser ion cannon range increased 150m to help it offset the fact that its mounted towards the rear of the ship.

vgr assault craft and missile corvettes did not have the proper accuracy/pen vs hw1 fighters when compaired to their hgn vs hw1 counterparts, this has now been fixed. (they should be more effective).

hw2 gun turrets vs hw1 fighters recieved an +8% accuracy increase. this is a pretty steep change but i felt it nessicary. testing to reveal if its too much/too much/ or just right.

Increased the speed of the HW1 Research ships, sensor array, cloak gen and gravtiywell gen.
They now properly scale to how they use to back in hw1. Please note "scaling to" and "being exactly the same speed" are not the same thing.

Hw1 Cloak Generators radius increased to match Hw2 carrier cloaks.

Hw1 Gravtiywell generators Hyperspace interdiction zone increased from 6500 to 9000, (hw2s is 12000)
This does NOT affect the accuracy bonus field, or the strike craft dissabling field. That is still 6000m.

Hw1 fighters & corvettes have had their accuracy vs Hw1 units uniformly increased to help speed up combat abit. + it felt like everything was missing too much to recapture the old hw1 feel.

Hw1 starting fleet collectors have been change from 4 back to 6, now that several other issues with Hw2 balance have been solved, hw1 felt like it was starting to fall behind again.

Small strike craft balance tweak, Hw1 fighters are more effective vs hw2 corvettes, and hw1 heavy corvs are alittle less effective/accurate vs hw2 corvettes. may need abit more tweaking in the future.

Fixed an issue where Hw2 Strikecraft squads would teamkill eachother on their attack runs. Strike craft as a result are much scarrier than they were previously.

Ok after 2 days of working on it.. I finally got the hw1 campaign issues fixed..
For realzies this time.
*my best aussie accent* crikey they were really pissed off.

I also buffed the Hw1 bomber dps to mirrior the Hw2 bomber dps, fixed several hit box offset issues with hw1 units, fixed the bentusi weapons, and ummmm.. something else. i dont remember atm but its fixed too!

time for a over due & well earned dosage of sleep!
