Additional small resource tuning tweaks.

Adjusted some of the Hw1 research ship build times. Lowered the last 2, but increased the 1st 3 ships build times.

Heavily nerfed the Defense fighters damage and accuracy. now it should take 2 hits to shoot down most missiles... It was possible to have 10 on the field and stop a whole armies worth of Missile platforums and frigates with just 10.... thats Not mmmkay, Mmm Kay?

small blance tweaks.
hw2 Resourcing changed back to 275/12 and hw1 back to 650/14.

The hell with what that other guy said. It WAS balanced. if ya dont like faster paced games when u have to outfight your opponent. then go play a bad game lol.

Upped Hw1 resource collection yet again. its now back at 14 per sec. (it REALLY freaking needs it...)

Lowered the Build time on each hw1 research ship by 10 seconds.

Improved the effectivness of light and heavy crovettes vs hw2 corvettes by 25%.

Improved the effectivness of hw1 fighters vs hw2 fighters and corvettes.

Fixed issue where vgr units were not spawning on passive like the rest of the factions do now.

Additonal resource tweaks.
Lowered the Insane drop-off rate of hw2 collectors at the command ships.

Lowered Hw2 Collectors resourcing from 275/11 to 250/10.

Increased Hw1 collectors resourcing from 11 to 12 per sec.

Hw1 Collector Income changed from 9 to 11. was way to low. They need the income to keep up production/pressure.
More testing is likely needed.

Adjusted "Tactics" for all strikecraft (fighter/corvette class) to better reflect their effects on gameplay. (used OG hw1 as a model for this cange)
Aggressive will have higher rof, and slightly increased accuracy, at the expense of speed and taking bonus damage/dieing faster when shot at.
Evasive will have higher speed and defense, at the cost of poor ROF and accuracy.
Neutral is.. well neutral. so totally balanced across the board. 1.0 for all stats. No more, no less.

Changed all units default spawn behavior to Passive. (except platforms, mobile refineries and production ships, they now spawn as aggressive)
Now units shouldn't run towards combat and get themselves killed unless ordered to..
But be careful. they also wont defend themselves if attacked. so pay attention ^.^.
This was a popular request. while its true this is how they preformed in hw1, it doesn't solve the problem it simply flips it.
Now they can sit there and get killed without defending themselves.. So when you launch new units Get into the habit of adjusting their Stance/behavior...
But hey, better than running off and dyeing one at a time right?


Changed accuracy for hgn gunships vs hw2 fighters from 20% to 25%, This change on average will result in a hit every 4th shot rather than every 5th.
Thus making the gunships more useful and attractive for their intended role.


Hw1 collectors: Increased rotation rate and decreased rotation acceleration time so they can dock better.
It makes them more responsive..

Adjusted the Income rates for Hw1 and Hw2 collectors, Lowering them down closer to their original hw2 levels.

Hgn research module build time increased by 20 sec, from 40 to 60 sec
Vgr Research module build time increased by 25 sec from 80 to 105 sec


hw1 fighter and corvette tech research time lowered by 25%

Increased hw1 collectors resourcing from 12 to 14 per frame.

Fixed issue with Taiidan Defense fighter having 0 tracking speed for left and right. thus rendering it useless. it should now work as intended.
