-Reduced the number of missiles while increasing their effectiveness for the swarmer missiles. The sheer number was lagging out my computer when the AI decided to put 6 big cruisers with swarm missiles. They fly a bit slower and have less HP, they were overwhelmingly powerful in number.
-Coilguns now fire at 100% slower, but do double damage / shred to compensate. This is for visual reasons.
