-Fixed Rukhush Minam 7000% levy
-Reintroduce ram decision no longer can be used multiple times
-New undeground ram stables building added if you have the needed innovation whihc you now get from the ram decision (longbeards archercav moved to the said innovation)
-all buildings comaptible with "anyone can build underground mod"

Version 0.3:
In this update, can you rebuild the great mountain of Erebor to its height? Rebuild the 7 wonders of the mountain, and truly name youreself as the king under the mountain.
Meanwhile the Iron Hills to the east got some new wonders too as they felt quite empty. There also seems to be pit full of nameless things...
Added:
-6 new wonders for every county in Erebor accessed via a new cool decision menu (borrowed from gondorian reintegration decisions)
-Doors of Durin now have upgrades
-3 new wonders in Iron hills
-one of which can only be improved via a decision (later will turn it into an event, but alas code doesnt let me do it for now)
-fixed some of the missing names
Ill now work on descriptions, ugh, so no new wonders for a while!

In this version the three great peaks of Khazad-Dum are united once more! And we got some new friends munching on shrooms...

(descriptions already existed in the code)
-minor fixes to remove code looking/missing names
