More dwarven special buildings

You ever thought to yourself? "There sure isnt enough upgrades to dwarven buildings" or "Why do only the Dunedain get cool wonders?", well no more. It is time for dwarves to get cool buildings too.

Curently I have added two new upgrades for: Endless stairs, Durins bridge, Durins throne and mount Gundabad
One dwarven themed upgrade for: Mt Gram
One new orc/dwarven upgrade wonder: Mt Rogarthuk
Still no descriptions for them, as im bad at those.

In this version the three great peaks of Khazad-Dum are united once more! And we got some new friends munching on shrooms...

-Higêm Thinbîn stables
-Caradhras
-Fanuidhol
(descriptions already existed in the code)
-minor fixes to remove code looking/missing names

Mod is still in development and I will add more new buildings, descriptions and upgrades to existing wonders. Just posting it for some feedback and suggestions as this my first mod EVER.

Should be compatible with any submod ofr RiE just put mine right below the main mod, but tell if there are compatibilty issues.
