switched to "safe" versions of blueprint retrieval to prevent inheritance-error-based crashes on player load.

added startup code to detect if the mod was added mid-save and to behave appropriately, if so.

adjusted a couple of places in TinkerInvoices regarding which dislpay name to get.

attempted to ensure that traders are equipped to tinker in the event that they have or ever gain the skills necessary to do so.
