Smart Medicine
Showing 1-4 of 4 entries
Update: 29 Sep @ 10:49pm

FIXED:
- manual medicine selection now works as expected, pawns won't freeze or stand (bug report)
- bare-hands tending is truly bare-handed
- priority issues, ensuring the most critical injuries are tended first with the correct medicine
- field tending has been made more robust, fixing issues with temporary bed activation
- stock up if there is enough available logic, now you can specify your desired percentage with no problems (bug report)
- sync issues for stock up windows
- items selection within "stock anything" window
- FPS drops when opening "stock anything" window
- other minor fixes and bugs

UPDATED:
- stock up logic. Items are now tracked in the listing, checking = listing. When you first check an item, it starts at 0. Reducing to 0 no longer unchecks it. Dropping an item will not uncheck it either. To uncheck an item, use the icon or checkbox in any stock-up window. Desired amounts can be set with arrows or typed directly
- removed stock limits for bedrolls and other items, you can now stock as many as you like
- performance improvements
- UI enhancements

NEW: Intelligent medicine
- automatically selects appropriate medicine tier based on injury severity and type. Infections, diseases and injuries with permanent effects use higher tiers of medicine

NEW: Manual recalculate button
- a new button on the pawn's health tab lets you instantly force your doctors to re-evaluate the best medicine for a patient

NEW: New settings
- intelligent medicine selection. New smart medicine selection system. Default now
- returns excess items to storage. Automatically return items that exceed the reserved count to storage areas
- verbose logging option [DEV]
- reset to defaults

Update: 13 Sep @ 1:16pm

FIXED:
- harmony.log.txt appearing on desktop not when DevMode is enabled
- pawns freezing/standing motionless when carrying specific items (bug report)
- no more fighting with hauling/dropping
- inventory conflicts - another complete system overhaul for stability

UPDATED:
- job priority with proper native game integration

NEW: Force stock up feature
- lightning button in Gear Tab for instant item gathering. Click to make pawns immediately stock up items. Perfect for emergencies when you need supplies right now. Only appears when there are items to actually stock

NEW: Dual-count display
- see exactly what's available vs reserved. Native count shows total items (e.g. Steel x6). Reserved count shows your stock targets (e.g. [3/4]) in yellow. Smart UI that adapts to long item names
