Bugfixes:

-Fixed a bug where the increased sight bonus to naval units wasn't applying properly.

Bugfixes:
-The Spicetrade tradition should now work correctly, although it no longer applies to the Palace.
-Achaemenid Xerxes now correctly unlocks Portugal in the Exploration Age.
-Fixed a bug where Jesuits did not require a Temple to be produced.
-Tier 2 and Tier 3 Naus now have auto-explore available.
-Various Localization and Description fixes.
-Adjusted the loading screen artwork to better fit the UI.
