Added 'Ere We Go (Bound Spell) to Lesser Effigy of Gork.
Removed The Hand of Gork (Bound Spell) from Effigy of Gork.
Removed +10/20/30% Spell Resistance from all Effigy of Gork levels.
Added Passive ability Gork Likes a Fight to all Effigy of Gork levels.
