Chinese localisation fully updated, thanks to Regret-V!

Major Update:
- Added a brand new variation of the Vespertine Rooms, which can be accessed by supplying grail when attempting to repair it.

Fixed two exceedingly exacerbating bugs that made it impossible to finish the main vault. It is now possible and has been tested (which is what I should have done when I first made it).

Chinese simplified translation by the incredible Regret-V added.

Fixed a VERY frustrating spelling error I made, only noticed after I uploaded the previous version...

Drastically changed the work-loop for The Vespertine Rooms to make it more simple, but also have more dynamic events which can be added onto very easily.

Fixed a couple very embarrassing bugs I somehow missed in testing.
