Fixed some broken visuals! Still version rc2a.

Updated to version rc2a:

- The street artists have been busy! Check out their new murals!
- Adjusted custom music
- Fixed some skybox particles not showing
- Fixed some visible nodraws
- Fixed some clipping issues
- Fixed engineers being able to build in the broken elevator
- Removed holograms on the beach to follow conventions on other maps
- Addressed bots having line of sight through hotel wings
- Addressed hotel lobby music stacking after round lost

Updated to version rc2:

- Overall optimization pass
- Draw calls cut in half in some areas
- Cut down on rendering areas you cant see
- 3d skybox now uses 2d cards instead of 3d models
- Implemented custom MvM music by Audionexx!
- Overall lighting is much smoother
- With the new optimizations, we are under the t-junct limit, which gives us smoother lighting, especially on walls
- Adjusted geometry in one of the side wings of the hotel entrance
- The lighthouse beam now rotates
- Smoother clipping overall
- Fixed some visible nodraws and floating props
- Added sounds of waves crashing into rocks near water
- Overall slight visual adjustments to props

Updated to version rc1a:

- Replaced the pastries that someone ate
- Added clipping around pillars, arches, and other details to make movement smoother
- Adjusted lighting on various props like the stairs near the hatch
- Fixed Z fighting on ground near hotel
- Adjusted the normal map of the fridge glass
