Updated UPSMON script to lastest version. Changed Steam workshop mission description, around change of HC support.

Added in 3 Polish Guerrilla Support teams for HC only use around the AO. Added in P47 air support for HC use only.

Removed some enemy AI and cached the AI, also removed HC for Sherman and P47 in order to improve mission performance.
