  • Updated for Version 4.0.23
  • Implemented new Event system: choosing Mind over Matter now automatically unlocks Psionic Theory as a research option
  • Added Game Start check: empires that already have Mind over Matter receive Psionic Theory retroactively
  • Safety flag added to prevent the event from triggering multiple times
  • Cleaned up weight modifiers for better balance
