Another nerf, after doing even more play testing. Should now be incredibly well balanced for vanilla TW, and the final patch note. Enjoy!

After doing some player and AI testing (about 3-4 hours worth) I made some nerfs to the upgraded units. They are still quite strong regardless. Stats now differ from images
