Are you Tanukhidding me? Rebellion Militia buff and rework for Tanuhkids

Description
This mod continues another's work by reworking the Rebellion Militia, buffing them for the early-game and and giving them a meaningful upgrade path. Base militia are still weak, but they can hold the line longer than in vanilla. Early recruitment of Militia in large numbers is encouraged.

Once your militia forces are large enough, you can research an upgrade to create Armed Rebellion Militia, a low-end Tier 2 unit free from upkeep. Upgrading the units is available at a significantly cheaper cost and is much faster than recruiting new units, so losing them will be costly should you wish to train and replace them. For how long you choose to invest in the militia will increase your reward, though you run this at the risk of surviving with weaker troops in the short-term.

Armed Rebellion Militia are shock troops with excellent capture power and larger unit size. Use them for fast charges, objectives, and vanguard assaults rather than prolonged melee. They work significantly better in large "horde" numbers rather than in individual combat.

In most circumstances, in individual combat:
This unit will WIN against Tier 1 units, like Legio and Comitatensis Spears.
This unit will be EVENLY MATCHED against Legio Comitatensis.
This unit will LOSE against most Tier 2 troops.

This mod adds variety and challenge to your early campaign while rewarding careful planning. Compatible with most mods and save games. Recommended to place at bottom of load order.

So as mentioned in the patch notes I've just spent countless hours simulating the units against multiple factions in pitched and 1-1 battles etc and I think I'm finally getting close to the perfect balance done in this next patch, meaning the current photo used on the mod page is slightly out of date.

Results appear now more consistently as expected, though I might still tweak some campaign mechanics (cost to upgrade and train). If anyone has any feedback on the latest values let me know, thanks.
