Reworked the "Item Count Modifier" setting:
The value that it uses is now changed with the "setitemcount" console command.
Now has 3 different modes:
- Off
- Additive - adds / subtracts the value from default item counts
- Replace - overrides default item counts with the value (some items will still affect the final amount)

Items can now have a "ModName" variable that groups them together and automatically creates a toggle to disable all items from that mod. (the menu for these toggles is only visible if at least one mod group exists)
Added Iron Cart (The Future) and Lil Dumpy (Restored Monster Pack) to serve as examples of this feature when their respective mods are enabled.

Changes:
- Keeper and T. Keeper are now less affected by enemy damage ups
- BFFs and Hive Mind now both affect fly enemies and familiars (without stacking)
- Fixed a very rare crash with Blood Oath
- Weaver enemies from Fiend Folio can no longer have spawn modifier items to avoid issues with Contract from Below

- Inner Child revives now increase speed by 10%
- Fixed Inner Child and other revive items not properly keeping the NPC's boss status
- Mars can now only be used by the head / main segment of segmented bosses
- Fixed Alfils from Fiend Folio being shielded by familiars and other entities from this mod when they shouldn't
- Fixed an ID overlap with FF Danglers (please do variant checks when making your custom enemies...)

- Added Rainbow Baby and the Bible
- Items added by the forced items setting now ignore tag bans
- Added options to make only non-final bosses and non-champion enemies get items
- Tech .5 has been reworked and now has a chance to shoot lasers alongside projectiles instead
- Rosary now has a 50% chance to add the Bible to the room
- Additional copies of Brown Nugget and Mom's Wig now increase their max number of spawns
- Additional copies of Mega Mush now increase its duration
- The main player now also gains invincibility frames when they get cloned by Vanishing Twin
- Updated the tags of items changed in the previous update
- Fixed Damocles, Flip and Diplopia not triggering in some cases
- Fixed Great Gideon's burst shot duplicating endlessly if it changes into a different projectile variant
- Fixed tag bans being ignored when a new wave's items are picked in Repentance+
- Fixed ID overlaps with the mod Sacred Dreams

- Added Quints
- Death's Touch has been reworked to work more like its player counterpart
- Cricket's Head, Magic Mushroom and Sacred Heart now increase damage by 2 instead of 1
- Immaculate Heart now increases damage by 1
- Hungry Souls now self-detonate after 7 seconds
- Censer and Night Light now both slow down players and tears
- Cone Head now makes monsters' heads bigger
- Candle, Red Candle and Urn of Souls now go away if their owners are intangible, similar to orbitals
- Fixed some DSS settings not saving properly
- Fixed Goat Head appearing on floors it shouldn't
