Reworked the whole mod setting UI :

- Added a toggle for each mineable.

- Added an resource icon for each mineable.

- Added messages for correctly applied settings and preset interactions.

- Added the defName of respective mineables when dev mod toggled.


Changed mod behavior :

- Now populate mod settings with modded mineables resources and vanilla (if they are correctly implemented).

- No more XML patches.

Other :

- Modified the mod settings menu showcase on workshop page.
