Quick hotfix to remove redundent hints

Added check for parachutes and UAVs so they are not affected by the mod
Switched up CBA classnames to hopefully fix settings bug. Still not sure whats causing it as I can't reproduce the issue.

Added a toggle switch to enable/disable the system
Seperated configuration for planes and helicopters
consolidated script into one file to hopefully help with it not showing up/conflicts

I realised I was missing signatures, specifically a bisign file and a bikey file. I have now rectified that, which may fix the errors some people were facing.

Added Configuration options, to configure size of explosion based on bomb class names. Using CBA_A3
also fixed a bug that could have caused explosions to not always fire
