- adjusted some tank spawns by changing them to AI Once

- Increased the respawn time of the JNA spawners in the 1st phase
- removed the respawn time from player spawns in the 1st phase

- added tanker uniforms to the JNA tank crew, and tank helmets to the TO tank crew
- added the leaf-cover helmet to some JNA soldiers

- Replaced some of the BOV-3 spawns with BVP M-80 spawns, for the sake of historical accuracy

- fixed all M36B2 (Slovenia) tank spawns to account for the name change
- changed one civilian ammo runner spawn to "AI Once"
