Removed Seneny chariots unit from Merneptah faction

Added new helmet variant for Medjay Elite Guard (Merneptah)
Adjusted Shutrukid Nobles Armour to reduce Clipping
Adjusted Elamite Native unit visuals to reduce body clipping
Added more helmet variants to my Hittite unit adjustments

Minor unit stat changes for chariot units added by mod, number of engines, men, accuracy and ammo adjusted for Kushite Spear Chariots

Correctly added Kushite Spear Chariots to the Nubia & Kush Natives Custom Battle Permission for all Factions. Adjusted unit size to be in line with other melee chariots

Misc Fixes

Fixed Kaskian Spearmen not using Medium Shield modifier

Made the new unit 2D cards apply when player is using 3D unit cards, so the new units do not appear as Question Marks in the UI when the player does not have 2D cards enabled.
Fixed some misc UI issues on Phrygian Chargers, and adjusted unit abilities on some faction units for Merneptah and Phrygia.
