MAJOR UPDATE 2 - WalnutPants Minor Faction Unit Rosters

Welcome to my Minor Faction Unit Roster Mod!

Current Mod Aims:
-To give each minor faction roster 12 units (some vanilla units will be used if appropriate)
-To provide extra units to major faction rosters to ensure each has 12 units.
-To provide extra units to native rosters to ensure each has 12 units.

Minor Faction Garrisons:
-Garrison Building Chains have been adjusted to add new faction units to the minor factions in Wave 1.

Remaining Faction Filler Units:
-The rest of the Minor Factions have had a mix of vanilla and native units temporarily added to their roster to bring them all up to 12 units.

Known Issues:
-There are NO 3D unit cards for my new units. There are 2D unit cards created by myself, please switch to using 2D unit cards in the game settings whilst playing the mod.
-None of the help pages work for my new units - they open help pages for similar vanilla units.
-Some Unit descriptions are incorrect.

Misc Changes:
-Work has been done to improve the faction colours of the Achaean Native Units. (More to follow on this)
-Small changes to many unit visuals including Hittite and Canaanite Units to improve variety and better represent armour values.

Thank you, I am glad you like it so far. Yeah so one month after Dynasties was released, I went into the game files and was messing around with the units from Troy. I was originally planning on just adding them into the game for the Achaean and Trojan factions. But then over time, my skills and ideas grew and we have what we have today.

Cool, I would be very interested in this! I am only a one man team at the moment, with three (super helpful) advisers. If you can teach me or help me, I would really appreciate it. I have sent you a friend request.

Cool mod, fun fact, i was working on something similar by utilising old unit entry from troy remaining in the DB files of PHARAOH for better languages compatibilities.

If you still need help for the 3D cards, i can help you with that, it's not that difficult to do

Do you plan on making 3D unit cards as well or just sticking with 2D versions? Love the 2D ones, but I use the Make Character Unique mod, so it doesn't really fit for me having 2D unit cards alongside 3D ones. Either way, am still excited to see how this mod will evolve over time.

Still, glad you making good progress on mod so far, really added alot I can see with wave 2. Looking forward to see what the other waves are like as it does help those minor factions stand out alot more.

I know, it really is such a shame that it didn't get more support or DLC. I find it funny that most of the big YouTubers say it's boring when I think it is the opposite personally. It was brave of CA to try a game without cavalry, I think this contributed to the problems.

Argh, thanks for raising this! I even know this is the correct spelling! I will change this tomorrow and release a patch.

It's great to see Dynasties still getting attention from dedicated modders. This game could've been so much more without the controversy of its release coinciding with WH3 drama and a little more attention. So many features that could've been taken to new and exciting directions.

Really like the hard work done on these minor factions, making them feel more unique in addition to the native rosters. Looking forward to seeing more as they release.

I won't put this in bugs because it doesn't count, but for Achilles' faction, the Pthian Axemen and Pthian Veteran Skirmishers should be spelt 'Phthian'.
