UPDATE 1:

MUTATORS:

Added 3 new mutators:
1. Balanced visuals: a mutator which changes NPCs based on other existing variants of that NPC, leaving the game feeling vanilla. This is aimed to make this mod more applicable to normal playthroughs.
2. Merc-ified visuals: changes enemies into mercenary types based on their base game visuals and experience level.
3. Hotline Miami-ified visuals: changes all enemies into either Russian or Columbian bodyguard visuals:

2 for ped2 (both variants have custom-made hair)
2 for ped3 (both variants have custom-made hair, with one of them having glasses)
