changed frenzy for vampires into charge bonus and speed. giving an ability only to vampire characters didnt work for some reason, and all charcters had it, which I did not intend. Also removed charmed contact from Isabella's trait as it conflicts with the morale contact effect from her personal skill line

fixed an oversight in the necrarch bloodline

Buff to Lahmia T3 Bloodline, to give positive relations with human factions. Also added +2 hero capacity for all types to underline the spy network playstyle.
