Changes:

Strigoi trait now gives Frenzy.

Changed Von Carstein Bloodline and traits. Bloodline now includes raise dead capacity for Vargheists and Varghulfs, Ambush detection moved to T3. Von Carstein trait now buffs beast units instead of giving growth and building income.
The von Carstein lord now comes with the skill "cattle herder" unlocked, which gives +3 to Sylvanian Crossbowmen cap (used to be 1 and unlockable at lvl 10 which I thought was super underwhelming).

Lahmia bloodline received +20% campaign movement range for heroes and province visibility for all factions you trade with. removed allegiance points as VC can not form alliances with mortal factions. trade tarrif income increased to +100% as the baseline is pretty low (this hasnt been OP in my testing).
Lahmia lord trait now gives +30 growth in the local province.

The red duke trait is now similar to the blood dragon bloodline but with extra anti-large and terror vs bretonnia. in the lore, the duke is said to have slain a dragon when he was still a mortal.

Improved vlad and isabella's traits, slightly adjusted mannfred's trait.

Slight bonuses to Kemmler and Ghorst so they arent left behind too much. Kemmler has a 50% discount on ethereal units, ghorst can raise the dead 25% cheaper.

Finally, fixed some text oversights.

If you have an ongoing campaign, the red duke will lose his trait, as I changed it in this patch and the game cannot load new traits after a campaign has started. Im sorry for the inconvenience.
