Plasma Edged and Laser Edged Swords tweaked to compete with Coil Swords instead of magnetic swords, but are now more expensive and difficult to obtain.

Game will now check at each month end to see if the GTS soldier training rank should progess, which now scales up to a maximum of Sergeant over the campaign's duration. This makes replacing soldiers in the endgame a bit less impossible.

GTS Class unlock costs tweaked.
