Tweaked Covert Operations
Some Covert Ops are now relatively safe
Requirement to expand other Resistance Factions reduced
Frost Droids should no longer count as ADVENT Troopers for the purpose of dark events and such.

Per Ronar's request, reverted some features to TJ defaults. Arcthrowers remain slightly buffed. A few items and perks remain nerfed/bug-fixed.

Sawnoffs given new and more forgiving range table but upgraded versions have reduced damage scaling +reliability -Power ceiling

Arcthrower stun duration made a static 2 actions at all tiers
Archthrower stun cooldown reduced to 1 turn
Arcthrower innate aim increased at all tiers to the following values
Conv - 10
Mag - 20
Beam - 30

Chain Lightning targets reduced from 5 to 3
Cooldown reduced from 4 to 2
+Stun Reliability, -Chain Targets, -StunDuration

LWGauntlet Flamethrower returned to guaranteed hit but not guaranteed burn (Base LW values)

NapalmX Perk grannts +1 Damage more than pre-patch

Roust perk less effective at setting things on fire but has a stronger and longer-lasting defense weakener debuff on enemies hit

Chemthrowers should no longer be a guaranteed burn, instead rolling with a base 60% burn chance against the target's combined cover strength against the attacker and the target's dodge stat

Strict limits imposed on many unit-spawning perks, for both XCOM and aliens. (Such as Zombie spawning)

Some partial perk adjustment reversions/further tweaks for perks adjusted in previous patches.

Added two QoL features, a corpse finder, that eases finding carriable corpses visible to the XCOM team and highlights the corpse location and tiles it can be picked from. And a hazard identifier to help players identify potentially hazardous terrain objects (which might be hard to recognize on modded maps)
