improved footstep-viewmodel movement sync

synced viewmodel movement to footstep sounds
balance tweaks
different suppressed deagle fire sound
optimized attachment rendering to iterate only over active attachments, instead of over all of them and checking whether they're active
added additional model rendering (ie. separate rail models) via AttachmentModelCombos, where key is attachment name, and value is a table listing other models that should be drawn when said attachment is active (not used anywhere in the base weapons tho, since I don't get paid for making gmod addons lol)

added rudimentary c_hands support (set SWEP.UseHands = true in weapon file and must use weapon model which supports c_hands; I don't really care about c_hands, only doing this for 2 weapons in Ground Control, sorry!!!!!!!!)
added akm
also various changes and balance tweaks to better accomodate the weapons for Ground Control - don't ask what exactly, I wasn't keeping track
