Over horizon radar is more like the long wave radar that detects far but not precise, they can see many objects now. Satellite is cheaper. More techology reform. Small airports are hosting 10 attackers.

The technololy modification is fixed. Add a 6x1M missile. Add cruise missile with nuclear warhead. Add tactical nuclear bomb. And many littile changes.

Balance warhead damages and unit power; Fix the issue that anti-sat won't launch(but it will always auto engage now); Introduce Air-shot Nuclear Cruiser Missile; It seems that some technology modifications are ignored by the game, trying to fix this.

A tiny bit changes in tech and units. The pollution is halved for real.
