New Features
Vehicles
Added two Glide Unit Vehicles, courtesy of TalonSolid:
  • Ford Crown Victoria Police Cruiser
  • Ford Police Interceptor Utility 2011 Police Cruiser

Pursuit Tech
Revamped the Pursuit Tech tool from scratch:
  • Merged both "Racer" and "Unit" tools into one
  • Remade the utility of the tool more simple - choose the PTs in the Sandbox menu, then left-click your vehicle of choice
  • Settings only appear for admins; drop-down menus only display settings for the chosen PT, not all at once

Added three new Pursuit Techs:
  • Racers - Powerplay: Activating Powerplay triggers the nearest Pursuit Breaker to the driver, forcing it to collapse
  • Racers - Juggernaut: Juggernaut massively increases the ramming power of your vehicle, making it easier to smash through props and blocking vehicles
  • Racers & Units - EMP: The Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) targets and locks onto cars in front before delivering a huge electrostatic pulse that temporarily shuts down their electrical systems
  • Units - Shock Ram: The Shock Ram creates a sonic shock-wave blast from the front of the vehicle that pushes away and damages any cars caught by it
  • Units - GPS Dart: The GPS Dart is a vehicle tagging system launched from the front of the vehicle that tags, tracks, and locates a fleeing vehicle

Pursuit
  • Force-starting a pursuit now uses the on-screen racing countdown from your main/backup HUD type, or uses a generic fallback one
  • Added a "Being Fined..." meter when being fined by an AI Unit, and a "Busting" meter when being busted while in a race and pursuit

Racing
  • Added an option to randomly assign bodygroups, skins and color for AI vehicles

Chatter Profiles
  • Added map-specific address calls for Dispatch; bigcity, construct, dunwood, eastcoast, echocity, flatgrass, goldencity, southbeach, southside, gm_palm_city, gm_tri_polis & gm_wangan
  • Replaced "cop3" with a new voice - Welcome aux!
  • Added "cop5"

UI
  • Added a new Racing UI Style: Crash Time - Undercover

Changes
Pursuit
  • Fixed that the bottom Pursuit UI elements were moved up when the DNF Timer was active while the player was a Unit

UI
  • Updated the appearance of the Pursuit Tech UI
  • Fixed some elements from the Original UI
  • When using the World UI in select languages, the font will be changed due to character errors
  • Tweaked the size, position and BG opacity on the general Center Notification

Chatter Profiles
  • Default "fed1" has been changed to "cop4"

Other
  • If a race is starting, you are unable to force-start a pursuit until that countdown has concluded, and vice-versa
  • Fixed that, at certain times, you would respawn underneath glass surfaces
  • If a race is in progress, all Units, Roadblocks and Helicopters will spawn close to the race leader
  • Tweaked Helicopter logic
  • Updated localizations

And various other undocumented tweaks

Racing
  • Fixed that the Name Tags did not render as a Unit for racers who had finished a race with the race still ongoing

Other
  • Fixed that Random Heat Level Theme reset after the heat changed in "Every X Minutes" mode
  • Fixed that the Race and Pursuit Themes sometimes played at the same time during races

Racing
  • Updated the appearance of the Pre-Race Invitation list

Pursuit
  • Added the function for manufacturer and model-based chatter callouts - default chatter will be updated in the future to include more of these
  • Added the option for Units to be affected by roadblock spike strips
  • Added more default Copchatter lines (air, cop1, fed1)
  • Added the option to bring up the "Choose a Unit" menu by pressing your "Reset" button (Default: `M`)

Other
  • Added an option to disable wheels being detached when wrecked
  • Added a "Clear Traffic" button in the Traffic Manager tool

Changes
Racing
  • Updated the appearance of the Pre-Race Invitation list
  • Updated the appearance of the Race Invite pop-up
  • Fixed that the "Split Time" was triggered every time you touched a split checkpoint

Pursuits
  • Updated the appearance of the "Totaled!" pop-up
  • Changed the "Call Response" function to not be enabled by default
  • Fixed that Minimap icons were not rendering during Races when in a Pursuit Cooldown

Other
  • Tweaked the appearance of the Unit Vehicles settings on the Spawnmenu - Descriptions are no longer present at all times and instead appear when hovering over the options
  • Fixed that trucks with trailers can now properly spawn using the Traffic Manager tool
  • Optimized AI behaviour

And some various undocumented changes.
