- Updated to match the QoL changes I implemented in the Redux version of the Honkler

TL;DR:

- If the Howler tries to spawn during a panic event or tank attack, it will wait until after those have ended before spawning
- Aesthetic adjustments to howler killing survivors
- Slightly nerfed instakill distance
- Heavily reduced the length of time a Howler takes to be killed with fire (especially on Nightmare difficulty)

I arise from the dead for another update:

- Many spawn mechanics updated to make it so that - in general - Howlers spawn a little more often on higher difficulties and a little less often on Easy
- Howlers cannot spawn unless the survivors have made it to at least 15% of the way through the level (unless you take too long)
- Created a Music Cue for when the Howler spawns to better alert players when a Howler spawns (pretty dread inducing imo)

- Redid the script so that hopefully, the Howler can never despawn if it gets too far away without that bug of other infected vanishing into thin air in front of survivors. If this is broken, PLEASE let me know so that I can revert

+ Reworked fire mechanics:
- When the Howler is set on fire, instead of being reduced to a snails pace for 1 minute before extinguishing itself, it will eventually die after being on fire long enough (how long exactly depends on difficulty)
- As a balance to this, the Howler will go berserk when on fire, dramatically increasing speed (also difficulty dependant) and no longer responding to the flashlight to slow down.
- Now lighting the Howler on fire is a conscious choice as to whether the team is willing to make a short term high risk maneuver of lighting it on fire and trying to outlast it's dying rampage as opposed to the relatively lower risk but longer term move of keeping it alive as it slowly chases you forever.

- Doubled the rate of damage the Howler deals to the Player on Easy difficulty (from 10/s to 20/s, same as normal and advanced)
