Gave the lil guy some actual sound when he actually spawns in, make it slightly more fair

MAJOR UPDATE: Added some more complexity to the Howler, added 1 buff and 1 nerf to the guy:

Buff: The Howler can extinguish itself after it's been on fire for a certain length of time (how long depends on difficulty)

Nerf: The Howler can be slowed down if you keep your flashlight directly on it.
