Removed all old role icons and files

Re-wrote the TF2 roles to just add the RED/BLU Mann as actual roles to fix the net overflow error on map load

Disabled all TF2 roles for now, as they are causing Custom Roles to network too much and causing a network buffer overflow on joining map
