For the TF2 Capture the Flag randomat:

- Fixed the intel capture counter counting captures for the opposite team that did it
- Changed HUD messages to better explain what to do to win

Made a ton of changes to the TF2 randomat, to help with players being confused:

- Added a "Team Base" table for each team, which can be seen through walls in the team's colour
- Added a floating bit of text over the each base, labelling it as the team base, and the current state of the intelligence briefcase
- The intelligence briefcase now disappears when you pick it up
- Disabled friendly fire
- Custom Role's player outlines are disabled during the randomat
- Players on your team are now highlighted with your team's colour, and can be seen through walls, enemy team members are not
- Enemy team members that steal your team's intelligence are now given a white outline
- Added UI indicators displaying the current state of the BLU and RED intelligence, and who has stolen it, if anyone has
- Dropped intelligence is now given a white outline, which can be seen through walls
- Weapons no longer drop on the ground during the randomat
- All existing weapons are now removed on the randomat triggering
- Overhead icons added by Custom Roles are now disabled during the randomat, to not give away disguised Spies
- Disguised Spies now appear as teammates via the new teammate colour outline, for enemy team members
- Damaging a disguised Spy now forcibly un-disguises them
- Adjusted player messages to more clearly state what you have to do to win!

- Buffed the minigun's damage
- Added convars to control whether weapons spawn on the floor or are buyable by traitors or detectives

Fixed lua error with the Loose Cannon on Sandbox singleplayer

- Fixed lua errors related to the recent holdtypes change
- Fixed Minigun right-click spin sound cutting in and out
- Fixed Minigun shoot sound playing forever if the forcibly removed as you are shooting
- Swapped left and right click action of the Sandvich
- Added controls prompt to the screen when bringing out the Sandvich
