Changes:
- Active missions can now be deleted immediately, instead of needing to compile first. Good for walking back on bugs!
- Strike cannons now face the right direction when firing.
- New building: Solution processors! Boost that intel, reduce those cooldowns.
- New mission: site bombardment (needs strike cannon) - rain down hell from afar.
- New mission: propaganda (needs signal tower) - a quick and easy means of raising goodwill.

Site bombardment - how it works:

Threat sites targeted by strategic bombardment missions should have their protection detail mitigated via point value modification (to be tested), with a chance of reducing the threat causer (if present) to 0 hp via simulated direct impact.

Settlements targeted by strategic bombardment missions with a sum point total greater than their destruction threshold (10000 by default, can be changed in settings) will be destroyed - until then, each bombardment will trigger a retaliation raid scaling with the amount of devastation that has been wrought.

If a strategic bombardment activates on a tile with a map, instead of the above effects the mission will trigger a rain of projectiles identical to those fired.

- Fixed minimum point value of tactical artillery from 100 to 5

- Increased active duration of tactical artillery from 10 to 12 seconds
- Raised number of charges for strike beacon from 2 to 5
