- Reduce the amount of screen darkening that the affliction causes to prevent hud from being completely obscured

- Fixed Haloperidol incorrect maxstrength from 120 to 60

- Fixed Haloperidol giving much less amounts of chem addiction than intended, it is now slightly more deadly when abused by an unskilled person so it'd be safer to ask your doctor or security with medical training for assistance
