Bug Fixes and small changes

Veterancy Changes
- Artillery Vet bonuses are now in increments of 5% for RoF, Dispersion, and Aimtime. Eliminates the large disparity and insane bonues artillery recieves at higher vets now.
Rookie - No Bonus
Trained - 5%
Veteran - 10%
Elite - 15%

Unit Changes
- Adjusted M113 Panzergrenadiers to make more sense in armaments and point cost we now have:
- PzGrenadier MTW [ZF] - 8 Men 5x G3, 2x G3A3ZF, 1x MG3, PzF44 - 55 pts
- PzGrenadier MTW [GraPi] - 8 Men, 7x G3, 1x MG3, 2x GraPi, PzF44 - 50 pts
- PzGrenadier MTW [PALR] - 8 Men, 6x G3, 1x G3A3ZF, 1x MG3, MILAN 2 - 60 pts
- Adjusted the SPz Panzergrens Prices down 15 points below the MTW because they are have 2 less soldiers and have less total weapons, and come in more expensive IFV's. Should appear more consistent. This is also consistent with some red side squads based on squad size. Example Motostrelki [BTR] are 8 men and 50 points.
- PzGrenadier SPz [ZF] - 6 Men - Weapons unchanged - 40 points.
- PzGrenadier SPz [GraPi] - 6 Men - Weapons Unchanged - 35 Points.
- PzGrenadier SPz [PALR] - 6 Men - Weapons Unchanged - 45 points.

10th Special Forces Group
- Atacms Observer replaced with the M981 FIST Vehicle that also can call in ATACMS strike. To begin the move of the remaining infantry off maps to vehicles, with the new method of depicting Off-Map strikes.

2nd Panzergrenadier
- Adjusted vet of PzGrens - they now start at trained, this was an oversight. Mech decks should have infantry starting at higher vet.

- Cleaning up the division tool tips, removed some unnecessary spaces

Bug Fixes
- All hand grenades now have the same physical damages and range.

Miscellaneous Changes
- Lowered the speed and acceleration of the Javelin's Terminal Phase to prevent it from overshooting targets so often. It still may miss but should function a bit better at targets moving toward it.
- Artillery availability tweak to all towed and SP howitzers, so this the same accross the board for now.
- Reintroduced old changes to the soviet OTDELENIE PODDERZHKI line. All now have their RCL variants of the RPG-29 w/ AP and HE rounds back.
- Added custom traits to the filter list in the armory
- Removed the long division descriptions. So now we just have a tool tip in the Armory with the division name, and its strengths and weaknesses.

Army General Changes - Going forward I will work in new units for corresponding divisions, to their AG counterpart. I think this will be another good way for players to experience the new units, and make sense to them. So I will try and play catchup with this over the next few months.
- All mixed battalions of the 2nd PzGrenadier division in campaigns have the Marder 2 IFV as their main infantry vehicle. So one battalion per brigade.
- Added Luchs 1A1, Luchs A2, Stinger teams, Milan 2T Team, and new PzAufklarer infantry to the 2nd PzG's recon battalion.
- Stinger teams replace all red eye only in the AA battalions. on the map.
- Stinger teams now make up 6 of the 15 manpad units in each Combat battalion.
- Added the proper jager units to the Jager battlions for 2 PzGrendier with their traits. Including a new unit, Jager Sharfshutzen sniper team.

- 3rd Guards Spetsnaz Brigade - Fire support is the name of the game, and this division has it in spades. Excels in the anti-infantry role, limited to light vehicles, but loaded with autocannons and ATGMs.

Division Changes

4 MSD - to reflect the new lore that regiments of this division rotated out helping the soviets in Chechnya. Some units will receive higher vet, but have older, less effective transports, but lots more of them. Due to their performance in recent exercises and combat, high command approved this division to recieve upgrades to its AT weapons, including upgrading of their Fagots to the latest Faktoriya variant, the addition of Konkurs, and some RPG-29's to their armory. Still running with older BMP's, tanks, and other support vehicles though. Its fire support and scout teams come at higher vet.

Bug Fixes

- All new SF Humvees in 10th SFG had their stealth corrected to mediocre,
- Kornet Supply Cost increased from 45->55, this was the same cost as the Konkurs-M,
- Dragon III Supply Cost increased from 30 ->40, this was the same cost as the Dragon II,
- 9M114F for the Thermo Shturm of 6 Brigade, has had supply cost lowered from 50 ->30, It shouldnt cost as much as an AT Missile,
- Javelin ATGM AP increased to 16, supply cost taken from 180(Absurd) ->60, which is still higher than other infantry ATGMS.,
- Base Metis(19AP Version) had supply cost changed from 35->30,
- Added new Veterancy desciptors for AA, ART, Planes, and SF units. These are the tool tips describing their vet level, just flavor things.,
